Booking Policies.
A few house rules to keep things smooth for everyone.
Cancellation
Must be done 24 hrs in advance. Anything after will result in 50% of the remaining balance being charged.
Payments
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to book. It's applied to your final total. Remaining balance in cash, card, or Zelle.
No Shows
No-shows will be banned from any further bookings. No exceptions — the studio slot is reserved for you.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is given. Beyond that, your appointment is cancelled & 50% of the remaining balance is due.
Before Your Appointment
- Remove any contacts before your service.
- Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment.
- No extra guests unless previously discussed.
- Please cancel if you're feeling sick.
